thus providing one three bedroom apartment and one four bedroom house, it is near a quiet road situated away from the village of Jarze in perfect countryside - Jarze has a post office, bar, two Patisseries a small shop for goodies you have forgotten on your supermarket shop! And a doctor, the property has glorious views of unspoilt countryside and because the property is quite high up you have a slight breeze to cool you when you are sunbathing around the pool, ideal for bird watching and there is plenty of wildlife to see.

The closest town is Angers approx 20km and Saumur 30km, with plenty of other places to visit, good restaurants, lakes, especially a good golf course at Bauge, horse riding, wine tasting and of course the Loire river for fishing.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is tastefully furnished: and can sleep 2/6 people; it has one bathroom with shower cubicle, corner kitchen with washing machine, microwave fridge and little goodies that you expect like coffee maker toaster etc, the kitchen is to the corner of a good size lounge, and three bedrooms two with twin beds and one with double bed.
You have double doors, which you enter to the porch and straight into the lounge/kitchen, from the back double bedroom there are patio doors leading on to a terrace with patio table and chairs where you can barbecue or just sit sipping wine until the sun goes down.
There is lots of grassed area for children to play, and a patio area around the 17` x 37` swimming pool with sun lounger’s.
On your holiday we can provide if you wish at additional cost a cleaner on an hourly rate, either daily or once a week you choose.
The proprietor’s house is approx 20 minutes away if there are any requests we will do our utmost for you to enjoy your holiday.
